Horror movie sex scene question!!??

There was this horror movie back in 1997/98 i think, it had something to do with Chainsaw massacre or Uncle sam thing.
It was this sex scene where theres a guy and a girl and a grandma with a blind eye i think. and theyre doing it in the room and one of the lines was " Kens in a hurry grandma!!" Something like that, anyone know what the movie was??
